Maine has long been in need of more lobster processing factories and a young entrepreneur is now stepping up to meet the demand. In the Portland Press Herald, Jessica Hall interviews Kyle Murdock about his new business venture opening next week:

‘Murdock wants to ease Maine’s dependence on Canada by adding capacity in the state. “The buying stations and fishermen are desperate for a place to sell,” he said.’
