Economic Freedom Heat Map: How Does Your State Rank?

The Fraser Institute’s annual study, Economic Freedom of North America 2012,  is out! (See our write-up here). According to the report, just a one-point improvement in a state’s economic freedom score at the all-government level increases GDP per capita by $13,276! Furthermore, increased economic freedom has been shown to improve the quality of peoples’ lives in a number of different ways including longer average life spans, cleaner environments, and lower poverty rates.
