Meet small business owner and entrepreneur Jim Garland. While Jim’s business originally started as a boat cleaning service with only one employee (himself), his business now cleans and supports corporate aviation departments and employs over 70 workers.

Entrepreneurs like Jim are the backbone of a healthy and vibrant economy. But with thousands of regulations to comply with, entrepreneurs are finding it harder to plan and invest for the future.
